When the Printer Is Idle
1. Press the Up or Down triangle on the Printer Setup menu to move the
selection bar to the Horizontal Adjustment function.
2. Press Enter, which causes the following Horizontal Adjustment screen to
display:

3. The Horizontal Adjustment can be either increased or decreased in 0.1000"
increments, from a minimum of -1.2700" to a maximum of 1.2700".
4. The Horizontal Adjustment can be increased or decreased in 2 different ways:
Enter the change on the numeric keypad and then press Enter.
or
Move the Up or Down triangle (to increase or decrease the Horizontal
Adjustment) and then press Enter.
Pressing Enter after the change has been made stores the change and returns
the system to the Offline Print menu.
5. Press the ONLINE switch to restart document processing.
