Paper Jams – General
The following schematic indicates the path taken by documents as they are fed
through the printer and the general areas where document jams can occur.

If a paper jam occurs, a graphic error message indicates the area of the printer in
which the jam has occurred.
If the optional swing guide component is installed, and a jam occurs in this unit, a
graphic error message displays.
