Paper Jams – At the Fusing and Exit Areas
8. Press down on the tractor unit with both hands.
9. Open the lower tractor cover (and upper covers if used) and remove the
documents from the belt.
10. Separate the unloaded form, ejected form, and the form left inside the printer
by cutting it along the perforation immediately before the tractor unit and after
the exit area.
Note: When removing the jammed form, always pull it out in the feeding
direction. Unfixed toner on the form can contaminate the interior of the
printer.
