User’s Configuration File
Installing the Updated User’s Configuration File
Note: Executing this function allows you to move the Configuration files from one
printer to another printer without having to re-enter all of the Configuration data.
1. Set the POWER switch on the printer to the on position.
2. When the System Start-up screen displays, press the OFFLINE switch to
change the printer from the Online Idle mode to the Offline Idle mode.
3. Press Menu to display the Main Menu.
4. Select Advanced from the Main Menu and press Enter.
5. Select Supervisor from the Advanced Menu and press Enter.
Note: If access to the software is password protected, an Enter Password
prompt displays. See page 6-39 for the rules governing password protection.
6. Select Files from the Supervisor Menu and press Enter.
7. The following screen displays:
