Prompt (Cancel Job On Jam)
This function allows you to selectively determine, on a job-by-job basis, whether
to cancel the balance of the job or print the balance of the job when the jam has
been cleared.
1. The audible alarm will sound indicating that a jam has occurred.
2. A relevant jam error message displays on the TDU.
3. Press the BEEP button to turn off the alarm.
4. Clear the jam from the printer.
5. Press Clear.
6. The following screen displays:

7. If the balance of the current job is to be canceled, press Enter.
8. If the balance of the current job is to be printed, press Back.
9. The system returns to the Main Menu and indicates, in the upper left, that it is
in the Offline Print mode.
10. Reload the appropriate stock in the printer and set the correct top of form.
11. Press the ONLINE switch.
12. If Back was selected, the balance of the current job will be printed, followed
by the next job in the print queue.
13. If Enter was selected, the balance of the current job has been canceled, and
the next job in the print queue will print.
