To Archive
1. Select To Archive from the Manage Archive Fonts menu and press Enter.
2. The following screen displays:

3. Using the Up and Down buttons, select each font to be moved from the active
directory to the archive directory, pressing Select after each font selected.
Note: When Select is pressed, an asterisk (*) displays to the left of the font
selected for deletion.
4. If any font selected for movement from the active directory to the archive
directory is not to be moved:
a. Reselect the font.
b. Press Select.
c. The asterisk (*) is deleted, and the font is not moved to the archive
directory.
5. When all fonts to be moved from the active directory to the archive directory
have been selected, press Enter.
