Managing User's Fonts
Note:
The Manage User's Fonts functions should be executed only when the printer is
in the Offline Idle mode and no print jobs are active.
If you move fonts to or from the active directory, check the primary and
auxiliary font settings in any stored Configurations to ensure that they have
not been misplaced.
Procedures
1. If the POWER LED is not green, press it for approximately 1 second and
release.
1. When the System Start-up screen displays, press the OFFLINE switch to
change the printer from the Online Idle mode to the Offline Idle mode.
2. Press Menu to display the Main System Menu.
3. Select Advanced from the Main System Menu and press Enter.
4. Select Supervisor from the Advanced Menu and press Enter.
Note: If access to the software is password protected, an Enter Password
prompt displays. See page 6-39 for the rules governing password protection.
