Front Door
Protective cover for components housed in the front area of the printer.
Causes an Interlock error if left open during processing.
Toner Bottle Access Cover
The cover swings down, providing access to the toner bottle, thereby allowing
replacement of toner without interrupting processing.
An Interlock error message is displayed if the cover is left open during
processing.
EP Holder
Slides open, providing easy access to the main charger unit, the developer
unit, and the OPC cartridge (see Figure 2-5).
An Interlock error message is displayed if the EP holder is left open during
processing.
Touch Display Unit (TDU)
A visual unit that displays both text and graphics.
Includes the Off button (Soft Power switch), which is used to power down the
printer.
Provides the required operator control over the printing, configuration, and
configuration elements.
Used by service personnel when executing printer Setup and/or Diagnostic
functions.

Toner Bottle
Feeds toner into the chamber, which in turn supplies toner to the printer.
