5. When all fonts to be copied to the flash drive have been selected, press Enter.
6. The following screen displays:

7. If the Active To USB function is to be aborted, press Back, which causes the
system to return to the Manage Fonts menu without executing the Active To
USB function.
8. If the Active To USB function is not to be aborted:
a. Open the front door on the printer.
b. Insert the flash drive into the USB port on the front of the controller.
c. Close the front door on the printer.
9. Press Enter.
10. A Copying... message displays, while the fonts are recorded on the flash drive.
11. When the Copy function is completed, the system returns to the Manage Fonts
menu.
12. Open the front door on the printer.
13. Remove the flash drive from the USB port
14. Close the front door on the printer.
15. Label the flash drive and file as required.
