13. When the above screen displays, transmit the File from the host computer to
the printer.
Note: During File Capture, the number of KBytes, as they are received by the
printer, are continuously being incremented until the File Capture is complete.
14. During File Capture the capture process may be:
a. Aborted by pressing Back, which will return the system to the Supervisor
Menu.
b. Terminated by pressing Enter if the full file being captured is not needed.
c. Continued until the complete file being transmitted has been received.
15. When the File Capture has been completed, press Enter.
16. The following screen displays:

17. If the File Capture has not been aborted:
a. Open the front door on the printer.
b. Insert the flash drive into the USB port on the front of the controller.
c. Close the front door.
d. Press Enter, which causes the file to be compressed and transferred to the
flash drive.
e. When the File Capture to flash drive is complete, remove the flash drive
from the printer.
18. Affix a label to the flash drive identifying its contents.
19. Forward the completed flash drive to the appropriate support group for use in
isolating the source of any problems.
