18.3 Removing a device permanently
To remove a device from the AnalogPLUS detector line for good, follow the steps
below:
1. Load the configuration from the ↑ 'Station' to the PC. Link [➙ 32]
2. Switch the ↑ detector line off. Link [➙ 82]
3. Detach the device. Link [➙ 85]
– In the case of ↑ non-stationary devices, detach the base as well.
4. Remove the physical and logical representation of the device in 'SintesoWorks'.

5. Load the configuration from the PC to the 'Station'. Link [➙ 30]
6. Switch the detector line on. Link [➙ 83]
18.4 Replacing a non-stationary device of the same type
To replace a ↑ non-stationary device on the AnalogPLUS detector line with one of
the same type, follow the steps below:
ϖ You have already commissioned the AnalogPLUS detector line.
ϖ The line is in ↑ normal operation.
1. Switch the test mode on. Link [➙ 89]
2. Replace the device. Link [➙ 68]
3. Test the device. Link [➙ 87]
4. Switch normal operation on. Link [➙ 90]
stationary devices of the same type can also be replaced without
activating test mode. To do this, switch off the ↑ detector line, replace the device
with one of the same type, and restart the detector line.
18.5 Replacing multiple non-stationary devices of the
same type with a line restart
You can replace one or more ↑ non-stationary devices of the same type without
activating test mode. This involves restarting the line after the devices have been
replaced.
When you remove devices from the
detector line, error messages are
displayed.
ϖ You have already commissioned the AnalogPLUS detector line.
ϖ The line is in ↑ normal operation.
1. Remove the devices from the line.
2. Replace each device that you have removed with one of the same type.
