20.5 Replacing stationary devices of the same type
To replace stationary devices of the same type on the interactive detector line,
follow the steps below:
ϖ You have already commissioned the interactive detector line.
ϖ The line is in normal operation.
ϖ The presence of detector fault messages is permissible.
ϖ Only one I/O module may be replaced.
ϖ The new I/O module has not yet been connected
1. Switch the detector line off. Link [➙ 82]

3. Switch the detector line on. Link [➙ 83]
20.6 Replacing stationary manual call points of the same
type
When the replace mode is activated, no other commands can be executed on the
line.
The following steps do not apply to devices with a wireless connection.
To replace a stationary manual call point on the interactive detector line, follow the
steps below:
ϖ You have already commissioned the interactive detector line.
ϖ The line is in ↑ normal operation.
ϖ The presence of detector fault messages is permissible.
1. Switch on the replace mode. Link [➙ 55], same process as for FDnet devices.
2. Replace the 'Manual call point' with a 'Manual call point' of the same type.
3. Switch off the replace mode. Link [➙ 55], same process as for FDnet devices.
