Never change the wiring during the firmware update.
● The firmware must be updated individually for each ↑ radio gateway
FDCW221.
● Following a FW update, the FDCW221 has to detect all the devices again
before you can switch the 'Line' back on.

● At the end of the FW update, wait until the FDCW221 has detected all the
devices again.
● The 'Line' may only be switched back on once the FDCW221 has detected all
the devices again.
Preparation
ϖ The FDCW221 is internally fed by a 9 V battery.
ϖ The driver for the MCL-USB adapter is installed on the PC.
1. Select the 'File' > 'Import new resource package' menu item.
2. In the selection window, open an F-FXS2001-XX_x_x_...zip file matching the
Site.
3. Open the FDCW221 and connect the PC via the MCL-USB adapter FDUZ221
or FDUZ227 to the device.
