Add or remove steps
Add a PCR step or remove a PCR step.

In the Method tab, tap Edit4Advanced4Manage steps.
Note: Use or to navigate through the method if it is not all displayed.

(Add) in the location of the st
ep to be added.
3.
Enter the temperature and time, then tap Enter.
4.
Tap Remove step, then tap
(Remove) in the appr
opriate step.
5.
Tap Done.
The Method tab is displayed with the updated method.
