Accessing a Network Printer via a Web Browser

Procedure

Step 1. Start your Web Browser.

Step 2. In the browser address bar, enter the IP address of the printer connected to the local

Ethernet network. The printer IP address can be obtained from the printer OCP (see

“Info Menu” on page 86).

Step 3. The printer’s browser console will open.

Step 4. Click on a menu item on the left side of the browser console.

Step 5. The Windows Security dialog box will appear. The user name is “admin” and the

password is “1234.”

Step 6. The selected tab will be displayed.
