Replacement Procedures for the Printer

Required Tools
This section lists the tools required for the replacement procedures described in this section.
Naturally, not all tools are required for a particular procedure; specic tools are called out in each
step as appropriate.
y Flat-blade screwdrivers, from 1/16 inch (1.5 mm) to 1/4 inch (6.5 mm)
y TORX T6, T8, T10, T15, and T20 drivers
y Fine-point, offset ne-point, and needle-nose pliers
y Small diagonal cutters (or other cutter for cutting cable ties)
y 5.5 mm hex driver (this can also be used for securing push nuts)
y 3–10 mm e-ring clip tool
y Small and medium spring hook tools
y Adjustable wrench
y Cotton gloves
y Multimeter
y Several 30 mil cards (not to be reused)
y Zebra ZXP9 Tool Kit (Part No. 105936-058); kit includes:
