Replacement Procedures for the Laminator

For replacement, use Kit Roller Nip Card Staging 105936G-524. Contact Zebra Customer Service
at +01 877-275-9327 for ordering information.
For this procedure you will need to free (i.e., remove the four mounting screws), but not disconnect,
the laminator controller PCBA
Step 1. Carefully remove the card staging nip roller(s); see arrows below.
Step 2. Set the card staging nip roller(s) aside.
