Replacement Procedures for the Printer

Printhead Assembly
For replacement, use Kit Printhead Assembly 105936G-003. Contact Zebra Customer Service at
+01 877-275-9327 for ordering information.
Removal
Step 1. If not already done, remove the print ribbon.
Step 2. Press the printhead down and to the rear to release it.
Step 3. Disconnect the red and black power cable.
Step 4. Disconnect the white and black data cable.
Step 5. Disconnect the green ground wire.
Step 6. Remove the printhead.
