Replacement Procedures for the Printer
Procedures: Platen Roller
Step 4. With a TORX T8 driver, remove the screw (arrow below) holding the printhead cam
position pulley in place. Slide the pulley off the shaft.
Step 5. Remove the two c-clips (arrows below), one at each end of the platen roller.
Step 6. Remove the platen roller and bearings.
