Starts a measurement in the single mode.

Description
When the measurement is started with the SNGLS command and MT8820A receives
the next command during measurement, the measurement stops and processing for
the next command starts. Pressing
Local
during measurement changes the
mode to local control. To allow processing the next command after measurement is
over; use the SWP command.
