Measure - Single (Synchronization)
Starting a measurement in the synchronous single mode
Function
Starts a measurement in the single mode. Processing for the next command does
not start before completion of the measurement, allowing synchronization between
MT8820A and controller.
Query inquires whether or not the measurement has been completed.
