(3) Test method
[Procedure]
1. MT8820A to the non-modulation CW output (command: MOD OFF)
through GPIB control from PC.
2. Set the output level for fundamental wave and the measurement frequency
to MT8820A.
3. Set the frequency range of the spectrum analyzer from 0Hz to the value of
measurement frequency × 3.5.
4. Adjust the reference level to the fundamental wave as shown in the figure
below.
5. Measure the level variation of the 2nd harmonics and 3rd harmonics to the
fundamental wave and perform pass/fail evaluation.
6. Measure the operations in steps 2. to 5. in the range up to the 2700 MHz of
measurement frequency.
