1.3 CUTTING BLADE UNIT
1.3.1 ADJUSTMENT AND REPLACEMENT
OF CUTTING BLADE UNIT
A. DETACHMENT AND ATTACHMENT OF CUT-
TING BLADE
1. Remove the bolts from the cutting blade plate and set
the blade plate perpendicular.

2. Move the cutting blade to the left side and remove it
from the stop pin.

(A) Move to left to re-
move it.
• Never touch the blade. It may operate abruptly and
lead to an accident.
• When removing the cutting blade unit, always wear
protective gloves. The unit should be removed by two
persons from the machine by holding both ends of it.
CAUTION
B. INSTALLATION OF CUTTING BLADE UNIT
1. Set the cutting blade perpendicular and insert the plate
to the stop pin from the right side. Then, align the cen-
ter hole fi rst, followed by the right holes and move the
blade unit to the right side.
2. Lift the front of the blade plate. Align the blade heads
and rollers on both sides. Then push them up to the
bolt holes to assemble.
3. Lubricate the whole cutting blade unit.
