1.5 COMPONENTS RELATED TO BLOWER
(Check every 200 hours)
1.5.1 REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF
BLOWER
A. RIGHT SIDE
1. Unscrew two mounting bolts on the blower bearing
holder.
B. LEFT SIDE
1. Remove the split pin from the nut before removing the
belt.
2. Remove the tension spring and then the belt.
3. Remove the shift pulley.
4. Remove the key and then the shift pulley 2.
5. Remove the mounting bolt from the blower shaft sup-
port. Remove the blower shaft and blade together.
<When assembling>
Apply LOCTITE to the blower bearing holder mounting bolt.
