2.2.7 LOAD ALARM (ALARM BUZZER
AND INSTRUMENT PANEL)
When the engine rpm drops rapidly due to excessive load
during reaping operation, the front buzzer sounds at short
intervals.
A. MEMORIZED ENGINE RPM
• Straw sensor: ON
• Threshing clutch: engaged (threshing unit switch:
ON)
• Neutral switch: OFF
• Reverse switch: OFF
• Engine rpm: over specifi ed rpm
• Vehicle speed: Over the specifi ed speed
The current engine rpm is newly stored every time when
any of the above conditions is not satisfi ed.
If all the above conditions are satisfi ed, the max. engine
rpm among the detected values is newly stored.
(1) Electronic pick up device
• The engine rpm is determined by the frequency
generated from the electronic pick-up device on the
fl ywheel ring gear.
• Load gauge
The four stage load gauge's lamps of the instrument
panel come on depending on the difference between
the current engine rpm and memorized engine rpm.
When the load alarm is activated and the front buzzer
sounds, all lamps on the load gauge blink.
