1.9.2 REMOVAL OF COMPONENTS FOR
SIEVE CASE
1. Remove four bolts which fi x the straw sieve and chaff
sieve together. Then, remove the straw sieve.
2. Unscrew the bolt and remove the chaff operating arm.
3. Unscrew four mounting bolts and nuts on the chaff sup-
port.
4. Unscrew six bolts from the rack frame and remove the
straw rack and frame.

5. Pull out the straw rack and remove the chaff sieve as-
sembly.
6. Remove the split pin and pull out the chaff link, support
1 (LH) and support 2 (RH) to remove the chaff sieve as
a unit.
<When assembling>
• When pre-installing the bolts, insert the chaff operating
arm to the pin holes of the sieve case pin, chaff sieve 1
and chaff link. Otherwise, the chaff operating arm may
not be able to be installed due to the distorted bolt hole.
