1.5.1 ADJUSTMENT AND REPLACEMENT
OF PROTRUSION BELT
A. ADJUSTMENT
1. Loosen the threaded screw (M10) of the tension pulley
and pull the belt. Then, tighten the screw to adjust the
tension.

1.5.2 ADJUSTMENT AND REPLACEMENT
OF STEM SIDE CHAIN (RH)
A. ADJUSTMENT
1. If the chain cannot be adjusted itself, remove the chain
half link (33 mm).

B. REPLACEMENT
1. Loosen the tension nut. Do not remove it.
2. Remove the split pin from the chain engaged section
and remove the chain. Make sure to remove the chain
to its rotating direction. To rotate the chain, rotate the
reaping unit pulley.
3. When installing the chain, set the curved end of the
split pin toward the chain's rotating direction as shown
in the fi gure. Put the chain on the 18 sprocket of the
stem side packer (RH) and install it by pulling it to its
rotating direction.
B. REPLACEMENT
1. Unscrew the nut on the tension pulley and remove the
shaft. Remove the cover and belt.
2. When installing, apply grease on the shaft.
