1.5 LOCTITE AND LIQUID GASKET APPLICATION
1.5.1 LOCTITE APPLICATION
Apply LOCTITE to the following bolts and nuts.
Section LOCTITE application
Reaping unit
• Mounting bolts of reaping shaft case 1 & 2 (M12·9T) - 4 EA × 3
• Mounting nuts of cutting blade connecting shaft - 2EA
• Cutting blade crank stop bolt
• Nut on crank pin bolt of cutting blade crank (M8·7T)
• Cutting blade drive case and case bolts (M12·7T) - 3 EA × 2
• Mounting nut of feeding depth control turnbuckle (M12·7T)
• Elevator shift plug
• Straw side pipe bolt (M12·7T)
Threshing unit
• Mounting bolts of threshing cylinder boss 1 & 2 (M10·
7T) - 3 EA
• Mounting bolts of blower blade (M10·7T) - 2 EA
• Tightening nuts of rocker shaft 1, 2 and 3 (M8·7T)
• Threshing unit tension arm shaft
• Threshing cylinder tension arm shaft
Driving unit
• Hex. captive bolts of fl ywheel coupling - 4EA
• Electronic pick up sensor
• Driving tension arm shaft
• Mounting bolts of oil tank and main frame (M10·7T) - 4 EA
• Mounting bolts on reaping shaft support (LH/RH) (M10·7T) - (4 on RH, 2 on LH) 6 EA
• Tightening bolt of drive roller (M12·7T)
• Tightening bolt of axle metal (M10·7T)
• Mounting bolts of side clutch arm (LH/RH) (M8·7T)
• Mounting nuts for engine dust proof rubber (M12·7T) - 2 EA × 4
• Track roller mounting bolt
• Drive roller mounting bolt
• Crawler guide mounting bolt (M12·7T)
• Accelerator cable adjusting nut (M6)
• Mounting bolt of power brake point shaft (M16·7T) - 1 EA
• Mounting bolts and nuts on power brake point of brake arm (LH/RH) - 2 EA
• Nuts for U-shape metal at end of brake cable - 2 EA (M8)
