1.7 NO. 2 AUGER
(Replace every 500 hours)
1.7.1 REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF
NO. 2 AUGER
1. Remove the No. 2 pulley mounting nut and the belt.
<When assembling>
• Adjust the installed spring's length to adjust the belt
tension.
[No. 1 drive belt]

(1) No. 1 drive belt (4) No. 2 pulley
(2) No. 2 drive belt (5) No. 2 tension arm
(3) No. 1 pulley
3. Remove the wing bolt from the No. 2 case cover.
4. Remove the No. 2 auger shaft, chain case assembly
and No. 2 case cover as a unit.
5. Remove the chain case cover. Then, remove the No. 2
auger shaft.

2. Remove the No. 2 pulley.
(1) Wing bolt (4) Chain cover
(2) Cover (5) Chain case assembly
(3) No. 2 auger shaft
Standard for dimension A 160 ~ 165 mm
Standard for dimension B 165 ~ 170 mm
