1.4.4 REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF
THRESHING CYLINDER
1. Detach the reaping unit.
2. Remove the front cover. The bolt can be seen with the
chamber cover 1 open.
3. Remove the inlet plate 2.
(1) Inlet plate 1
(2) Inlet plate 2
(3) Front cover
(1) Nut
(2) Belt tension rod
(3) Belt
(4) Pulley
4. Remove the belt tension spring, and then remove the
belt from the pulley (rear).
5. Remove the pulley mounting nut (front).
6. Remove the belt tension and tension rod. Then, remove
the belt from the pulley (front).
7. Remove the pulley (front).
8. Unscrew the nut and remove the pulley and tension
arm together (rear).
