2.2.1 STRAW DISCHARGE ALARM
(ALARM BUZZER, INSTRUMENT
PANEL AND AES)
When the threshing clutch is ON (threshing unit switch:
ON) and any straw discharging sensor (on the feeding
chain side or straw discharging chain side) is ON for over 1.5
seconds, the engine stop motor comes on for over a speci-
fied period of time to operate the automatic engine stop
function. Then, the front buzzer sounds continuously and
the straw discharge alarm lamp on the instrument panel
blinks.
When the threshing clutch is OFF (threshing unit switch:
OFF), the buzzer stops and the lamp goes out. However,
the buzzer and the lamp output do not stop even though
the sensor becomes OFF if the threshing clutch is still ON
(threshing unit switch: ON).
2.2.2 NO. 1 ALARM (ALARM BUZZER
AND INSTRUMENT PANEL)
With the threshing clutch ON (threshing unit switch: ON),
the front buzzer sounds at short intervals and the No. 1
lamp on the instrument panel blinks if the rotating speed
of the No. 1 auger shaft and vertical auger shaft is below
the specifi ed rpm for several seconds. When the rotating
speed of the No. 1 auger shaft rises to 600 rpm or higher
or the threshing clutch is disengaged (threshing unit switch:
OFF), the buzzer stops and the No. 1 lamp goes out. The
rotation sensor is installed on the No. 1 vertical auger
shaft.
