1.5.8 REPLACEMENT OF PACKER
A. REPLACEMENT OF PACKERS (CENTER, 2 EA)
1. Unscrew four bolts on the bottom and pull out of packer.
<When assembling>
• When installing the mounting bolts for the packer, use
plain washers.
(1) Packer

(1) Mid packer shaft
(2) Dust proof cover
(1) Cutting blade crank cover
• The packer shaft has the dust proof cover. Apply
grease before installation.
CAUTION
B. REPLACEMENT OF PACKERS (LH, RH)
1. Remove the protrusion belt and the stem side chain (see
page 3-13).
2. Remove the cutting blade crank cover.
