PG Setting
Selecting this mode allows the user to set the platen gap. The relationship between 
panel setting, command setting (SN command), and actual platen gap position is 
shown below.
NOTE1: (*1) When "Narrow" is set, "S" is displayed on the right side of LCD 
(20 th character).
NOTE2: (*2) When "Wide" is set, "H" is displayed on the right side of LCD (20 
th character).
 Page Lines
Selecting this mode allows the user to set the page line print mode. Setup is the 
same as horizontal lines ON command (AC 02H 00H 00H 02H) with automatic 
cutting setup. The solid line type is used.
 Interface Select
Selecting this mode allows selection of the parallel / USB, or optional interface-1 / 
2, or automatic interface selection.
 Code Page Switching
Selecting this mode allows switching between PC437 and PC850 for the code 
page.
 Roll Paper Margin
Setting this panel allows switching roll paper margin, all sides 3mm / all sides 
15mm / top and bottom 15mm, right and left 3mm. This setting is only valid for 
roll paper. It’s not valid for sheet.
 Detect Paper Width
It restrains "RELOAD PAPER" error in case detecting paper width is not 
completed normally.

 left edge of paper putting standard mark position on the paper guide
 print area designated by command
by PAPER SIZE CHK=OFF setting.
 Detect Skew Error
It restrains "PAPER NOT STRAIGHT" error and keeps printing by PAPER NOT 
STRAIGHT=OFF setting.
NOTE: Even if the printing image is out of paper because the paper is not 
straight by the setting, the printer doesn’t inform the error, so users have 
to set it up.
 Job Timeout Setting
If print data is ceased while the printer is receiving print data and is receivable 
print data longer than set time here, such is understood as job is finished and the 
printer starts to eject paper.
 Panel Setup Value Initialization
Selecting this mode allows the user to return all Printer setup values to the default 
values. Values to be initialized are listed below.
