1 - Tool usage test for the current program:
Result –2: Test not possible, function
disabled in the configuration
Result –1: Test not possible, tool usage file

Determine the tool number from the tool
name. The return value depends on the rules
configured for the search of the replacement
tool.
If there are multiple tools with the same
name, the first tool from the tool table will be
selected.
If the tool selected by these rules is locked, a
replacement tool will be returned.
–1: No tool with the specified name found in
the tool table or all qualifying tools are locked.
