Check the transfer roller assembly for contamination and wear.
Is the component free of excess wear and contamination?

a Check the heat belt and hot roller in the fuser.
b Remove the fuser unit assembly.
CAUTION—HOT SURFACE: The inside of the printer might be hot.
To reduce the risk of injury from a hot component, allow the surface to
cool before touching.
Are there contaminations or cracks on the heat roll and/or pressure roll?
Replace the fuser. See
