3.17 Leveling the Mower Conditioner
The support linkages are factory-set to provide the proper level for the mower conditioner and should not normally
require adjustment. The fl oat springs are NOT used to level the mower conditioner.
If the mower conditioner is NOT level, check the tire pressure and ensure proper inflation. Refer to In flating Tires,
page 220.
Component damage in the mower conditioner support system may occur if the mower conditioner cannot be leveled.
