2. Remove hex nut (A) and flat washer securing latch
to backside of driveshield, replace latch if worn or
damaged, and reinstall nut and washer.

3. Remove two carriage bolts (A), replace stud and
clip assembly (B) if worn or damaged, and reinstall
carriage b olts.
4. Install driveshield. Refer to 4.8.2 Installing
Driveshields, page 225.
