Communication between PATHWAY
and PC lost while in Test Run mode.
Error Code: 800C
Communication between the computer and
PATHWAY has been disconnected while in Test
Mode.
1. Restart the PATHWAY system and Medoc
Main Station
2. Run the system Self-Test
If the problem persists, contact Medoc service.

Unsupported device firmware
version.
TCU Firmware version: ###
Click OK to return to the home
screen.
The system firmware version is not compatible
with the software.
1. Check what firmware version is supported
by the software (from the main screen,
select Options and then select About …)
2. If the current firmware version is lower
than the supported version, update the
firmware to correct version (Refer to the
Pathway Service Manual for further
instructions).
3. If the current version is higher than the
supported version, contact Medoc support
for further assistance.

User Name or Password is incorrect.
Verify that you have typed the correct user
name and password and try to log in again. If
the problem persists, try the admin user name
and password.
7.
Command: ### failed ###.
No response from PATHWAY /
PATHWAY returns Acknowledge Code
= ###.
A command sent to the system returned a
failure.
1. Write the command name or number and
acknowledge code if available.
2. Restart the PATHWAY system and Medoc
Main Station.
If the problem persists, contact Medoc support
and provide the details above.
8.
The Thermode cannot be saved
because its verification failed.
Calibration data cannot be saved because the
verification process failed. Check that the
calibration setup is correct and the
thermometer is connected to the computer.
Recalibrate the Thermode.
