Settings for Function
Calculates using the measurement value of the last TASK.
The timing to update the measurement value of TASK is shifted one cycle by
comparing the update timing of the
measurement result of reference TASK.
Example)
TASK1: Height (Edge1)
TASK2: Height (Edge1)
TASK3: Calculation (X: TASK1, Y: TASK2, M: 1.9, K: 0.0)

2nd 0.310 0.110 0.100 *Calculates using 1st result of TASK1 and TASK2.
