6 Ensure that all of the power cables plugged into the PDU are seated
properly in their sockets.
Improperly seated power cables can cause the amber LEDs to ash when
the system is powered on. The ashing amber LEDs can be mistaken for a
faulted power supply.
7 Power on the PDU circuit breakers to apply power to the system.

Note: The Controllers and the Pilots automatically power on when you
apply power to the system.
8 As the system powers up, verify that the Link LEDs display as steady on
the NET 3 port on Pilot 1 and on the Ethernet port on the laptop.
