1. Add a subitem to standard ACL with the name ID.

2. Add a subitem to extended ACL with the name ID.
{ permit | deny } [ protocol ] [ established ] { source-addr source-wildcard |

[ icmp-type [ icmp-code ] ] { [ precedence precedence ] [ tos tos ] |

3. Add a subitem to layer 2 ACL with the name ID.
