【Parameter】
tftpserver-ip：IP address of TFTP server
filename：Filename to be uploaded which cannot be system keyword (such as in
windows operating system, con cannot be filename.)
【Command configuration mode】
Privileged mode
【Usage】
Open TFTP server and set file upload path before using this command. Logging
information saved when uploading is successful.
【Example】
！Upload logging to 192.168.0.100 by TFTP and saved as abc
QTECH#upload logging tftp 192.168.0.100 abc
