System Start-Up Screen Definitions (cont'd)
Item Definition
C. Print resolution The print resolution (number of dots per inch)
that will be used when processing data in
accordance with the current configuration.
D. Document size The document size that will be used when
processing data in accordance with the current
configuration.
E. Printer maintenance A Warning message may display, which indicates
that one of the printer consumables needs to be
replaced or preventive maintenance needs to be
scheduled.
See Chapter 4: Printer Maintenance for the
applicable corrective action.
Note: If corrective action is not taken at this
time, document processing will continue.
However, in some instances failure to take
corrective action may result in diminished print
quality.
F. Menu Press Menu to switch the printer from the Online
Idle mode to the Offline Idle mode and provide
access to the LP 100R menu system. See Menu
System starting on page 3-14.
G. Version Specifies the software revision level currently in
use by the printer. It may also display a status or
error code.
H. Recall
Press Recall from this screen to switch the
printer from the Online Idle mode to the Offline
Idle mode and provide access to the Recall
Configuration menu.
See Recall Configurations starting on page 3-19.
I. Off Powers down the printer.
Note: Printer must be in Online Idle, Offline Idle,
or Offline Print for this to appear.
