To configure a manual GRE VPN tunnel:

(scalance)(config)# gre type <type>
(scalance)(config)# gre per-ap-tunnel
(scalance)(config)# end
(scalance)# commit apply
To view VPN configuration details:
(scalance)# show vpn config
To configure GRE tunnel on the controller:
(scalance)(config)# interface tunnel <Number>
(scalance)(config-tunnel)# description <Description>
