6.2 Setting the Display Conditions for X-Y
Waveforms
This section explains the following settings for the display conditions of X-Y waveforms:
Items Common to Scope Mode and Recorder Mode
Display range
Turning pen markers on and off
Main window’s display ratio
Window layout
Turning combine display on and off
Interpolation
The number of data points that are used to display waveforms
Turning trace-clear-on-start on and off

X-Y menu

On the waveform screen’s MENU, tap DISPLAY > X-Y, or press SHIFT+DISPLAY(X-Y). The
X-Y menu appears.
Set the trace.

X-Y menu (1/2)
Set the display interpolation (OFF, Line).
Displays the first page of the menu
X-Y menu (2/2)
Set whether to clear waveforms at
the start of acquisition (ON/OFF).
Set the cursor.

Set the main window’s display ratio.
(50%, 20%, 0%)
Set the window layout (Side, Vertical).
Select whether to superimpose
Window1 and Window2 (ON/OFF).
Set the number of data points that are
used to display waveforms (2k, 100k).
