14.1 Performing GO/NO-GO Determination with
Waveform Zones
This section explains the following settings for performing GO/NO-GO determination with
waveform zones:
Applicable in Scope Mode
• Selecting the mode
• Creating and editing waveform zones
• Judgment conditions

GO/NO-GO Menu

On the waveform screen’s MENU, tap ANALYSIS > GO/NOGO, or press SHIFT+MEASURE
(GO/NO-GO). The following screen appears.

Set the determination period (start).
Set the determination period (end).
Set Type to Wave Zone (Wave Zone).
Select the target zone (Zone1 to Zone6).

Set the mode to ON.

Editing Zones (Edit Zone)

Tap Edit Zone, or press the soft key. The following screen appears.
When Edit Is Set to Part
Set the zone you want to
save to (Zone1 to Zone6).
Saves the waveform zone
Select the base waveform (CH1 to CH16,
Math1 to Math8, FFT1 to FFT8).
Set the editing range
(Whole, Part).
Set the zoom range.
Stop editing.
