Getting Started
Power Up the System
Confirm that the controller and the PI Piezo Controller are turned on:
1 First, turn on the power switch for the controller, as shown in
Figure 2-5.

2 If NanoVision is installed, turn on all three power switches (OFL1,
OFL2, and OFL3) for the PI Piezo Controller, as shown in
Figure 2-6.
