NanoSuite Reference
If you have both the High Load and CSM options installed, then you
may use the XP High Load CSM Hardness, Modulus method. The
inputs and results of this method are identical to the XP CSM Standard
Hardness, Modulus, and Tip Cal method described
Quick Start Guide in
Appendix A, "Continuous Stiffness Measurement".
There are some parameters in the NanoSuite software that are used only
with the High Load option.
Required Inputs
Required inputs for the XP High Load Basic Hardness, Modulus, Load
Control method are shown in
Figure C-44. Each High Load input is
described below.

Percent To Unload
The percent to reduce the load on the indenter before reloading.
Maximum Load
The peak load for the final loading cycle.
