Frame Stiffness Calibration: CSM Method
1 Make sure that the fused silica standard is in the center sample-disk
hole in the sample tray.
2 In NanoSuite, select Open Method… from the Method menu.
3 From the Filename drop-down box in Open Method dialog box,
select the correct method for the installed indenter head:
a For the XP head, choose XP > G-Series CSM Standard
Hardness, Modulus, and Tip Cal as shown on the top in
Figure 6-85.
b For the DCM head, choose DCM > G-Series DCM CSM
Standard Hardness, Modulus, and Tip Cal as shown on the
bottom in
Figure 6-85.

4 Click OK.
