5 Select Batch Mode from the Mode menu.
6 Click New Batch (Figure 6-86).

7 Select directories for data storage. User may choose to store data in
default folders.
If a user wants detailed report of results in addition to standard data,
ensure the Print reports for all samples check box is selected.
8 Click the Next Step button.
9 Enter the sample name.
10 Click the Next Step button.
11 Confirm default settings for Surface Find as shown in Figure 6-87 on
page 6-63.
